2 cups half and half
1 cup whipping cream
2 cup coconut
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 t salt
1 t vanilla
1 cup whipped cream
1- 9" baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
In med sauce pan combine all dry ingredients. Then add half and half, cream, eggs, bring to a boil over low heat stir in coconut, vanilla pour in a 9" baked pie crust. chill for 2 to 4 hours till firm top with whipped cream and coconut.
