1 1/2 lbs fresh broccoli
2 lightly beaten eggs
3/4 c cottage cheese
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp finely chopped onions
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 c fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Wash and trim broccoli, cut into spears. Cook broccoli, covered in a small amount of unsalted boiling water about 10 minutes or until crisp tender, drain. (can also microwave) In bowl, combine beaten eggs, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Arrange broccoli in shallow 1 1/2 qt baking dish; spoon cheese mixture on top. Stir together bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake, uncovered in a 350º oven 15-20 minutes or until heated through and egg mixture is set.
