1 lb. lean pork cut into cubes
1 can chunk pineapple
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar
1 T. soy sauce
1 c. celery

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork in skillet and drain off fat.
Mix together corn starch and vinegar. Add brown sugar, catsup and soy sauce. Cook, stirring until cornstarch thickens.
Add pork and put in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Add pineapple, celery and green pepper.
Cook 10 minutes longer. Serve over hot buttered rice.
