1-6oz Bottle of Louisiana Hot sauce
2 lbs Chicken drumsticks or thighs
2 eggs
1/2 cup water.
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat skillet to medium heat with about 1/2 inch of oil.

Add Flour,garlic,salt and pepper to zip lock and mix together.

Crack 2 eggs and half or whole bottle of hot sauce in a large bowl along with 1/2 cup of water,Mix together.

Add Chicken to the egg mixture and turn a couple times.
Then drop the chicken into the flour mixture and coat evenly. Drop in the skillet and cook until juices run clear.( Approx.5-10 minutes each side)

This does NOT come out hot!
