Potato Mixture:
3 Lg Sweet Potatoes
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Stick Butter, softened
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp All-Spice
1/8 tsp Nutmeg

Crunch Topping:
1/3 c (~5 Tbsp) Melted Butter
1/3 c Flour
1 c Brown Sugar
1 c Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
1 Tbsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender. Remove skins after cooling, then whip in large bowl until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix all ingredients for the topping, then spread evenly over potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
