5 or 6 bananas
1/2 gallon neopolitan ice cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of 11x15 pan with graham cracker crust. Slice bananas lengthwise in thirds and lay tight together on crust. Slice ice cream 1/2" thick and put on top of bananas. Sprinkle with nuts and freeze until firm.
Melt chips and butter in saucepan and add powdered sugar and milk and cook until mixture is thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool thoroughly and put on top of ice cream and freeze until firm.
Cover with large container of Cool Whip. Mark off in squares and top with maraschino cherry.
Store in freezer. Remove about 15 minutes before serving. Will keep for several weeks.
Serves 15-18.
