1 8-9 inch unbaked pie crust
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
4 eggs
1 c Swiss cheese, grated
1 c half and half cream
1/2 tsp salt
dash ground black pepper and cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle crumbled bacon and grated cheese into pie crust. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese. Back in pre-heated oven 375º for 45 minutes or until firm and brown.

Note: cubed ham can be substituted for bacon
