2 lbs. hash brown potatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 c. melted margarine
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost potatoes. Combine all ingredients (except margarine and corn flakes) and put in 9x13 pan. Mix melted margarine with corn flakes and put on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour covered. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer to brown if desired.
