2 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp baking powder 1 /2 tsp salt
1 c. milk 1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. vegetable oil 3/4 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans, peanuts, any nut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin. mix dry ingredients and sift into medium bowl make a well in center.
Mix milk, eggs, oil, bananas and nuts in a small bowl pour mixture into well.
Mix batter just until moist don't over mix.
Spoon batter into pan or muffin cups.... bake until golden brown or about 15 minuets.
