2 lb. ground beef
1 onion or however much you like
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. mustard - I use 1 T. mustard
1 1/2 c. water - I use 1 c. water
pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add salt, chili powder, catsup, mustard, water and pepper. Simmer about 10-15 minutes and serve on your favorite buns.
This also freezes well.
