1 lb white fish
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish in a shallow greased pan and cover with 4 slices of cheese. Repeat layering of fish and cheese. Sprinkle with oregano. Make sauce by sautéing onion in oil, add flour,salt and pepper. Gradually add milk. Stir constantly until the sauce comes to a boil. Boil for one minute and then pour over fish. Bake at 400º for 20-30 minutes
