2 cups sugar
6 Tbsp cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp vinegar
3/4 cup oil

Stir all ingredients in large cake pan. Bake 350º for 30 to 40 minutes.
