1/4 to 1/2 olive oil and red wine vinegar...depending on how juicy you want it.
1 can black eyed peas
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1/2 small red onion
1 tomato
1 jalapeno
2 cloves of garlic
1 small bunch of chopped Cilantro
Then add one avocado prior to serving

season with Taco seasonings
cumin and/or just salt pepper and lime juice
