For cake:
Yellow cake mix
3/4 cup vegetable cooking oil
3/4 cup apricot nectar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

For glaze:
I cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer, combine cake mix, oil, and apricot nectar. Mix well and then add 4 eggs one at a time, beating after each egg is added. Add 1 tsp of vanilla. Pour batter into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350º for about 40 to 45 minutes.

For the cake's lemon glaze, stir together powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle and pour glaze over the slightly warm cake.
