3 POTATOES
WATER

CUT ROUND STEAK INTO BITE-SIZE CHUNKS. BROWN IN OIL. ADD RED CHILE SAUCE AND WATER TO DILUTE TO YOUR TASTE. ADD POTATO CHUNKS AND LET SIMMER ABOUT 1 HOUR
