6 slightly beaten eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 t salt
3/4 t vanilla
3 3/4 cups milk
1- 9inch unbaked pastry shell
Ground Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Blend eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Gradually stir in milk. Pour into a unbaked pastry shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 425º for 10 minutes. then low the temp. of the oven to 350º and continue to bake for 25 to 30 minutes or when you insert a knife in the custard it comes out clean.
