Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 t salt

Directions:
I use my kitchen Aid mixer with the dough hook I just put the flour and salt in the bowl then add the eggs. I always take the recipe times 4,5,6 or more. The dough will be real stiff. Then I use my pastry roller and noodle cutter to roll and cut the noodles. I use plenty of flour to roll them out and I let them dry for 1 or 2 hours. Have your chicken broth boiling when you start dropping in the noodles a few at a time.
