1 16 oz. pkg. vermicelli pasta (thin spaghetti)
1 T Accent
1 T Seasoned Salt
2 T lemon juice
4 T oil (I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Chopped bell pepper
Chopped celery
Chopped onion
jar pimentos chopped
small can chopped olives
Mayo (not Miracle Whip or Fat Free

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions. Put above seasonings in and marinate it overnight or for several hours.

Then add
Chopped bell pepper
Chopped celery
Chopped onion
jar pimentos chopped
small can chopped olives
Mayo (not Miracle Whip or Fat Free)

About 1 cup of mayo will bind it together; it's just a personal preference for the amounts of the veggies. It's fun using the seasonal pastas too.
