1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. Jiffy Baking Mix
1 c. shredded zucchini
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Cream shortening and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Bake for 55 min.
