Ingredients:  
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3 Tbs. soft butter
2 eggs
1 cup finely chopped pineapple (packed firmly, with juices)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir together the first four ingredients.
2. Add nuts
3. Cream together sugar, butter & eggs til fluffy
4. Stir in half the flour mixture
5. Add pineapple.
6. Blend in remaining flour mixture and pour onto a well-greased loaf pan
7. Bake at 350º for one hour.
