1 8oz. brick cream cheese (room temperature)
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1 180z box moist chocolate cake mix
powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl with electric mixer, cream the cream cheese, butter until smooth. Beat in the egg. Then beat in the vanilla, Beat in the cake mix. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. to firm up so that you can roll the batter into balls. Toll the chilled batter into tablespoon sized balls and then roll them in conf. sugar. Place on a un-greased cookie sheet 2 " apart. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes. while you may add more powdered sugar on them.
