1 (540 mL) can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups kernel corn, drained
1 diced red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
3/4 cup chopped cilantro

Dressing:
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together in a serving bowl. Mix dressing separately and toss with salad and cilantro just before serving.
