1 lb extra-lean ground turkey or extra-lean beef
1 regular can DelMonte diced tomatoes undrained (I use the zesty made for chili but you can use the regular diced tomatoes if you to not want your chili spicy)
2 small cans of Huntz No Salt Added tomato sauce
1 package McCormicks Low Sodium Chili mix
Onion and green pepper, diced

Directions:
Cook onions and peppers in skillet sprayed with extra-virgin olive oil until soft. Add turkey in skillet and cook until no longer pink. Add McCormicks chili mix. Add diced tomatoes. Add tomato sauce. Simmer covered. The longer siimmered, the better.
