1 1/2 to 2 lbs. stew meat
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (low fat low sodium)
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can French Onion Soup
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf (optional)
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 cup beef broth
3 potatoes, diced
4 carrots, sliced very small
1 stalk celery, chopped
Fresh mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place stew meat in slow cooker.
Combine 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper. Pour over stew meat and stir until all meat is coated. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook in slow cooker for 8-10 hours on low setting.
