2 lbs hamburger (lean)
2 T Morton Quick
1/2 T liquid smoke
pinch salt
1/4 t garlic powder
1/8 t onion powder
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix by hand- divide into 3 parts roll into 6 inch long rolls. Wrap in saran wrap & refrigerate for 24 hours .Unwrap and put on a broiler pan so the fat will drain off. Bake at 300º for 1 hour. Refrigerate or freeze for later use.
