1-3/4 c sour cream
1/2 c chopped green onions
1/3 c minced fresh cilantro
1 T minced jalapeno
1 t cumin (ground)
1 T oil
12 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut in 1" strips)
1 t garlic (minced)
8 flour tortillas
1 c. shredded cheddar
Salsa
chopped tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix sour cream, green onions, cilantro, jalapeno and cumin.

Saute chicken strips and garlic until chicken is done. Divide among 8 tortillas - place in center of tortilla. Top with sour cream mixture. Roll and place seam side down in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake (covered) for 30 mins. Spoon salsa in a strip down the center and sprinkle tomato over that. Serve hot.
