8 lb pork roast(can be Less)
Sauce: Small can of tomatoes, 1to2 heaping T. flour, 2 jalapenos peppers, 2 cans green chill's chopped Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Cook, then de-fat and shred chill the broth so to remove all the fat. or you can use Ice cube to collect all the fat off the broth. Place meat back in broth. Put all ingredients into soup and simmer at least 30 minutes. Serve over corn chips or fried Tortillas. Can be topped with lettuce and cheese and hot sauce.
