2 vine ripened or Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 loaf day-old thin sliced white bread 1/2 c mayonnaise
1 tsp seasoned salt (Lawry's)

Directions:
Line a baking sheet with paper towels. place sliced tomatoes in a single layer on paper towels. allow them to drain for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Cut the bread into rounds with a biscuit cutter the size of the largest tomato slices. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and seasoned salt. An hour before serving, spread mayonnaise on bread rounds. Top half of rounds with tomato slice; cover with another bread round and enjoy!

This is a Paula Deen recipe but my mom also made me these growing up, almost exactly the same way. I use Wonder Bread, like my mom did and they are delicious!
Only use ripe tomatoes!
