4 stalks celery and leaves
2 medium onions
1 medium carrot
1-1/2 cups water
2-chicken bouillion cubes
1-1/2 cups cooked, mashed potatoes
1 tbsp. butter
2 cups half-and-half

Directions:
Directions:
Chop. celery, onions and carrot; add water and simmer 30 min. Strain through sieve (large Tea strainer will work). Stir bouillon cubes into strained vegetable-water. While hot, pour over potatoes, stirring until dissolved. Rub through strainer to make sure no lumps remain. Add butter and half-and half; heat. Sprinkle paprika and parsley flakes on top.
