1 pkg lemon cake mix
Add 1 pkg lemon jell-o dissolved in 3/4 cup boiling water (cool)
Beat 1 minute.
Add 4 well beaten eggs. Beat 3 minutes.
Add 3/4 cup vegetable oil. Beat 1 minute.
Directions:
Directions:
Pour into a 13/ 9 inch oblong pan and bake at 350º for 30 to
40 minutes. While hot perforate with a fork.
pour over top: 2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
6 Tbsp lemon Juice
Beat till smooth and pour over hot cake.
Very good cold.
