Raw Kibbee (check out raw kibbee recipe)
2 Pats butter
1/2 Pound round lamb
1 Med onion, diced
1/1 Cup pine nuts
1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Take raw kibbee and work it with some water
2. Butter a casserole dish
3. Take 1/2 of the raw kibbee and lay it into casserole dish
4. Add stuffing (see below for stuffing making)
5. Add second layer of raw kibbee
6. Score in diamond shapes
7. Pour 1/4 cup olive oil over the entire dish
8. Bake in oven for 30 min

Stuffing:
Saute onions in tablespoon of olive oil
Add ground lamb
When lamb is almost cooked, add pine nuts and cook through until lamb is totally cooked.
