1 Large chicken cut up
1 Onion cut in half
1 Cup pasta or rice
Veggies (from can, except for baby carrots, they are fresh)
1 12 oz Can tomato sauce or (canned) diced tomatoes
A little salt, pepper, cinnamon (coriander)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place raw chicken into pout and cover with water. About one inch over meat.
2. Bring to boil
3.. Skim scum off the top (use a hand strainer and as boiling will bring excess fat and pieces to the top, stop when no more surfaces)
4. Place in the refrigerator overnight (once the chicken has cooked completely) and skim again
5. Next day, take the chicken out and remove bones. Return chicken to pot.
6. Add onion (cut in half first)
7. Add pasta or rice
8. Add veggies (from can or fresh)
9. Add tomato sauce or (canned) diced tomatoes
10. Season to taste, a little salt, pepper, cinnamon (coriander)

That's chicken soup (let simmer until veggies and rice/pasta are cooked through)
