2 lbs. sirloin steak
1 can chunk pineapple, drained
2 peppers, red and green, cut into 1 1/2 " squares
1 lg. red onion, cut into 1 1/2" pieces

Marinade
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. sherry
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder
1 T. grated fresh ginger

Place meat in large zip lock bag and add marinade and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drain meat and cut into 2 " pieces. Thread meat, pineapple, peppers and onions onto skewers alternately. Grill
