1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Barbecue sauce
1 cup corn flakes
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 salt
1 t. pepper

Glaze

2 T. brown sugar
2 T yellow mustard
1/3 c ketchup

Combine ground beef and remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly to form the loaf. Place on greased cookie sheet. Combine the glaze ingredients and paint the top of the loaf. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
