2 lbs lean ground beef
5 T butter
1 t. salt
2 t. pepper
1 1/2 c water
1 t. cayenne pepper
2 t. chili powder
1 lg. chopped onion
3 cloves minced garlic
3 beef bouillion cubes
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook slowly for 2 1/2 hours on Medium heat.
Serve sauce over grilled hot dogs.
Mustard and chopped onions work well as toppings!
