10 oz. Sharp Chedder, grated
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. pimentos
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash cayenne pepper
dash salt

Mix ingredients together and roll in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
