6-8 yellow squash
1 onion
1/4 cup evaporated milk
velvetta cheese
1 1/2 pkgs ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash and onion until soft. Drain. Add milk and cheese and stir together. While squash is boiling, crumble crackers and saute with butter until slightly brown. Add part of teh cracker mixture to squash mixture and put into casserole dish. Add remaining cracker mixture to top. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
