4 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
4 cups cooked wild rice or Uncle Ben's Long Grain And Wild Rice Mix
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped pimientos
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 eggs well beaten
1 cup chicken broth or 1 tsp instant chicken bouillon dissolved in 1 cup hot water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients in 3 qt. casserole. Cover. Microwave 8 to 10 minutes on high or until center is hot, stirring twice.
