1 pint (select) oysters
2 c medium-coarse cracker crumbs (46 cracker)
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup light cream (coffee cream)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Worcestershire

Follow exactly!

Drain oysters, reserving 1/4 c liquid. Combine crumbs and butter. Spread 1/3 of crumbs in 8x 1 1/2 in round pan. Cover with 1/2 of the oysters. Sprinkle with pepper.
Using another 1/3 of the crumbs, spread a second layer and cover with remaining oysters. Sprinkle with pepper. Combine cream, reserved oyster liquid, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over oysters. Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350º for about 40 minutes or until done.
