1/4 c salad oil (Crisco vegetable oil)
1 beaten egg
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c sifted all purpose flour
3/4 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad oil, egg, and milk. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to milk mixture and mix well.
Pour into greased 9x9x2 in pan, greased with butter.

Sprinkle with the following Cinnamon Topping:
Combine in small bowl 1/2 c brown sugar, 2T flour, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 2 T melted butter.
Mix well with a spoon until moistened with melted butter. Sprinkle with fingers all over mixture in pan.
Bake at 350º for 22 min on middle oven rack.
