1 C. butter, softened
2 3/4 C. sugar divided
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 C. sour cream
3 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 C. chopped pecans

Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream butter, and 2 cups sugar, add eggs, vanilla and mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder, soda, and salt to creamed mixture alternating with sour cream. Spoon a third of the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Combine the cinnamon, nuts and remaining sugar; sprinkle a third over the batter. Repeat layers twice. Bake at 350º for 65 - 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to a wire rack.
