1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
4 C. rhubarb, chopped
1 C. sugar
2 C. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix according to package directions and pour into greased pan. Cover with rhubarb and sugar. Pour cream over all. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Custard will end up on bottom of cake. Serve with whipped cream.
