2 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 C (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen green peas, thawed
1 jar (4 oz) pimientos, drained
1 jar (16 oz) pearl onions, drained
1 can (4 oz) button mushrooms, drained
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour. Add milk, stirring constantly. Increase heat and cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in peas, pimientos, onions and mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly.
