1 box Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix
1 cup water
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup thawed Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease 13x9 pan.
Mix first five ingredients with mixer for two minutes.
Stir in walnuts.
Bake 30 minutes.
Cool completely.
Beat cream cheese and brown sugar, then add Cool Whip. Spread over cake and keep cake refrigerated after icing! Poor a glass of milk and enjoy...Yummy ;)
