Frozen salmon steaks
Lemon juice from concentrate
Dill weed
Lemon Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen salmon steaks in a pan that fits enough for your family. Sprinkle dill weed and lemon pepper over the steaks. Liberally pour in lemon juice until the whole bottom of the pan is covered by at least 1/2 inch of juice. Cover with foil and bake in 350º oven for an hour.

This is super easy and my kids like it. It pairs well with rice dishes or homemade mac & cheese. Just remember to check for tarter sauce. If you don't have any, making it is surprisingly simple, but it does have to set up for awhile.
