1 lb thin pork chops
1 can cream corn
5 c soft bread cubes
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 t salt
2 T butter
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in a hot skillet and then place in a baking dish. Mix bread cubes, onion, corn, salt, butter and beaten egg together. Toss in 1/2 t baking powder. Cover chops and add 1 c water. Cover and cook in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
