1 Rotisserie Chicken (De-boned & Cut into Pieces )
1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
10 Ounces Sour Cream
1 Can Sliced Mushrooms ( Drained )
3 Tablespoons Poppy Seeds ( Optional )
1/2 Stick Margarine
1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers ( Crushed )

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Layer chicken in the bottom of a small casserole dish. Mix sour cream, mushroom soup, poppy seeds, and drained can of mushrooms and then spread over the chicken. Top with crushed crackers and then apply thinly sliced margarine over the crackers. Bake at 350 for 30min.
