1/2 Pound Butter
1 Pound Semisweet Choclate Chips
6 Whole Eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Cocoa Powder
1 Recipe Chocolate Ganache

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate & butter slightly cool mixture. Whisk eggs & sugar till very thick, ribbon stage. Pour in melted chocolate. Sift cocoa powder and add to the mixture. Pour into a greased 9in springform pan. Bake at 350 º for about 30 min.
Chill for 2 hours. Remove ring from around the cake and invert on to a large flat plate. Pour chocolate ganache over the cake and chill for 2 hours or over night before serving.
