Ingredients:  
12 doves
1/2 cup plain flour
1 stick butter
1 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
thyme, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place doves breast up in baking dish with celery, onions thyme, salt and pepper add butter in chunks. add flour on top. Add water to top of doves. Cook in covered dish at 325º 1 hour on bake. At last can take top off and brown (optional).
