Soft Flour Tortillas
Sugar & Cinnamon Mix
Butter Or Margarine (Melted )
Crushed Pineapple ( Reserve 2 Tablespoon Juice )
Apple
Kiwi
Strawberries
Bananas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
3. Brush tortillas with butter and then sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mix.
4. Slice tortillas into triangles and then spread evenly on the cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes or until lightly browned. They will crisp a little more while they cool.
5. Chop apple,, kiwi, and strawberries and mix with crushed pineapple and 2T of pineapple juice in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Chop banana and add to the fruit mixture just before serving.

You can substitute just about any fresh fruit in this recipe. The crushed pineapple and pineapple juice, however, help to limit browning of the apples.
